To be a master bartender training in the theory of alcohol and product knowledge of spirits is essential. It is equally important to know how to make the classic and popular cocktails of the world. I train and teach in all these fields as well as how to be precise in measurements in cocktail making and dispensing. I impart a thorough knowledge of all cocktail ingredients and how to prepare and present them properly. I train in how to appreciate the difference of taste and how important it is to apply these principles to the art of mixology and how to balance a good cocktail in relation to taste and flavour. I can also include how alcohol is produced and and how drinking cultures have changed over the decades. I also train in the legalities of alcohol sale and the licensing laws, how to be confident in your products and how to upsell in the workplace .
